WHAT ARE THESE CLASSES ABOUT?

These classes include a set of connected exercises (COMBO). Each COMBO should be done twice, yet with an increased number of repetitions. The whole workout consists of three different COMBOs with a usage of dumbbells, balls, sports gum, loads on the ankles, etc. After these three-part classes you will focus on your buttocks and lumbar region. At the end there is a short stretching.

While exercising intensively you will burn unnecessary fat, and shape your stomach.
