WHAT ARE THESE CLASSES ABOUT?

Pilates is an exercise system developed in the 1920s by the German athlete Joseph Pilates. We find there connections with yoga, ballet and gymnastics.

WHAT IS THE AIM?

The classes are designed to awake body awareness, improve movement and breathing patterns. The pilates technique develops the whole person, helps to improve body posture, shape the figure, regenerate and strengthen the spine. After training, you will feel refreshed, full of energy and focused, but also completely calm.
