The training is based on a natural movement system that consists of simple, conscious effort. It is specifically designed for balanced body development for people of all ages and at any fitness level. The system can be an interdependent factor in rehabilitation.
The aim of the training is to strengthen the muscles of the entire body and spine. Regular exercise can even eliminate the pain you feel. In addition, the classes improve the central nervous and cardiovascular systems and stimulate the metabolism. They build up the strength, flexibility and endurance of the muscles and spine. They help to get rid of blockages and tension as well.
The classes are for people of all ages leading sedentary lifestyles, with back muscle and joint problems, but also for people who regularly throw weights at the gym.
