Tabata is a kind of interval workout which is based on short, yet heavy series of exercises that are performed with the 90% of a maximum pulse. They are divided into several parts with short brakes. The rule is simple - we exercise doing our best for 20 seconds, and then, we have a 10 seconds break. Nothing difficult!
